Biometric devices:

We specialise in a variety of biometric readers, from standalone GPRS devices to fully networked solutions. The readers cater mostly for fingerprint recognition but are also cater for RF and MIFARE cards. The latest addition to our product range is our facial recognition reader provising a non-contact environment.

                           

ERS specialise in fully mobile readers for Time & Attendance on remote sites where there is little to no infrastructure. The mobile readers come equipped with longlife batteries which provide uninterupted power for several hours. The readers can either communicate to the central server through GPRS alternatively the data can be transferred through a LAN connection or USB.

                                                         

Time & Attendance:

Our unique Online Time & Attendance solution simplifies time management, breaking away from the traditional desktop applications. The easy to use Time & Attendance solution manages your employee times ready for payroll, exporting to all the major payroll solutions.

Our exception management module ensures that you are instantly informed of any irregularities through either an SMS or email Alert. Automatically generated reports are sent through to your mailbox at predetermined times, simplifying management of your staff.

The “ENFORCER” notifies management of any missed clockings the very next morning via email, if not responded to within a period of time then it will be escalated to the level of management. This function ensures that all clocking information is complete and correct before the end of the pay period.

Access Control:

Our Access Control readers are equipped with onboard relays as well as controllers for more advanced installations. We install both magnetic locks as well as striker locks which are the most common means to secure standard doors and gates.

We also provide a wide variety of turnstiles for varying industries, half high turnstiles, full height industrial turnstiles as well as a more corporate look. All turnstiles have the option of being stainless steel, powder coated or galvanised.

           

We also install more sophisticated access control solutions like manual or automatic revolving doors of differing sizes and finishes and more secure solutions like glass mantrap booths used in high security environments.

                             

ERS also supply and install manual or automated vehicle barriers, with or without robots and spikes. The barrier arm lengths can vary between 3, 4.5 and 6 meters dependent on the requirement.
